IMPORT DUTY EU

For orders shipped to the EU, we send them with duty paid (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid), meaning there are no extra charges for import duties or VAT upon delivery.

For orders shipped outside the UK and EU, this may trigger a customs inspection, depending on the destination country’s regulations. We always provide the correct paperwork with your order. However, customs authorities may apply import duties, VAT, or other charges, which are beyond our control.

We cannot guarantee how long customs clearance will take, as this varies by country. Please note that you are responsible for paying any applicable import charges imposed by your local customs authorities.

Please note that the customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive.

In the event that any orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, it will be the customer that is responsible for payment of redelivery.

When importing items to outside of the UK & EU, this will always incur a customs inspection which we always provide the correct paperwork for. We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.
